\nThe island is the favorite destination of many motorcycle clubs that organize rallies and events on its territory especially in spring. This is in fact the ideal season to fully appreciate the\u00a0beauties of the island<\/strong>: the cool and sunny climate makes it very pleasant to travel by motorcycle.
\nOne of the most famous routes is that of about 40 km which is called\u00a0\u201cWestern Ring\u201d<\/strong>. The path runs quietly on a scenic road full of curves and very charming bends. Along the route you can reach some of the most beautiful beaches of the island:\u00a0Seccheto<\/strong>,\u00a0Fetovaia<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Cavoli<\/strong>. It also arrives in the localities of Pomonte, Marciana and Sant\u2019Andrea. The route has nothing missing because, rising in altitude, allows you to cross a beautiful chestnut forest and then return to the seafront.
\nThe\u00a0eastern part of the Island of Elba by motorcycle<\/strong>\u00a0is just as wonderful and suitable to be explored on two wheels.
\nParticularly scenic are the hairpin bends that rise rapidly towards the Castle of Volterraio, the oldest of the island: they offer a magnificent view of Portoferraio.
\nThe coastal road linking Porto Azzurro to Cavo is also very popular, remaining only a short distance from the sea.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
